We were talking, yesterday, about taking the duvets off the bed and packing them away for summer.
I was planning to switch to my summer wardrobe this week – it’s been so hot, I’ve had the air conditioner on. Otherwise I spend the afternoon dripping with sweat and overheating…
It’s probably a good thing we didn’t get around to it, as the forecast for the week to come is chilly again!
With rain.
Yay.
I actually prefer colder weather.
I’d just like it to be a bit more predictable.
Still, the desert rose is on its way to blooming.
I presume the rain will help it along.
Life is good, really.
Just, sometimes, a little unexpected.
