Again!
Wednesday’s contribution – a bacon/potato/onion pie
and a strawberry/apple pie.
We used the recipe for the pastry, but the fillings were a bit more freeform…
The strawberry was supposed to have fresh ginger in it, but we didn’t have any. I forgot to add rosewater, as well. Still very nice. 🙂
